Centring equity, empathy, dignity - for people, purpose, place and planet

Connect to share evolving evidence, source lived and learned experience, seed and spark change

We are a collaborative network of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) movement-makers harnessing our collective power - across cultures, communities, industries and sectors - to grow systemic equity within organisations and society as a whole.

We situate DEI within global social, environmental and cultural frameworks. We link individual and institutional actions with local, regional, national and global impacts. We strive to activate change that transforms organisational cultures and societal systems in ways that are environmentally sustainable, socially equitable, and publicly accountable.

We bring together stakeholders and power-holders in different parts of the system (including DEI practitioners, employee resource group members, organisational and civic leaders) to share real-life reflections on how we are being.

We invite you to join our Inclusion Impact Network and be part of collective effort to:

  • salve, seed and synergise change;

  • enliven inclusive systems change;

  • enjoy peer-to-peer vulnerability and collaboration;

  • jointly build confidence and safety to be vulnerable and accountable in driving and sustaining inclusive, community-reflective workplaces and communities that are good for people, purpose, place and planet.

  • Our passion.

    We activate diversity, equity and inclusion systems change.

    We learn, lead and live with curiosity, creativity and courage.

  • Our practice.

    We practice honesty, humanity and humility.

    We recognise that we are all part of a neverending story of belonging. This is core to our connections, reflections, resource-creation and curation.

  • Our pillars.

    We centre equity, empathy, care and dignity for people, purpose, place and planet.

    We situate DEI within global environmental, social and governance (ESG) frameworks.

This is our social justice project.

We see:

  • Diversity as human reality.

  • Equity as a human right.

  • Inclusion as human relations.

  • Belonging as a human responsibility to people, purpose, place and planet.

We work to advance systemic equity at individual, institutional, local, regional, national and global levels.

We create space to be visible, vocal and vulnerable in this effort.

We acknowledge the First Nations peoples of the lands now known as Australia.
We recognise their continuing custodianship and connection to these lands and waters - sovereignty was never ceded.
We respect the living cultures, knowledges and wisdom of Elders past, present and emerging. We recognise that their deep connection and listening cares for Country in ways that support an abundant and generative ecosystem of life.

We express our gratitude to all First Nations peoples for truth-telling to uncover the ongoing impacts of colonialism and dispossession. We thank you for your power, presence and guidance in helping non-Indigenous Australians develop cultural capability and humility, and share responsibility for creating and sustaining a just and healing future
where we all live with respect in a world worth living in.
